Welcome to Garner Custom Homes. After years of managing construction — tract houses, townhouses, and multimillion-dollar gulf-front customs — Aaron Garner started a company that would still take the client’s actual plan seriously.

The habit is older than the license. It started in his father’s flooring business, carrying tile and mud between school hours. Later it was concrete crews, framers, drywall, and the long list of trades you only learn by standing next to them. The professional circle around that work — contractors, architects, engineers — is still who we call.

Aaron is a U.S. Navy veteran. He moved to Central Florida first, and met Grace after he was already here. With her support and inspiration, he opened Garner Custom Homes. Behind every good man is a better woman. In a region where a lot of small builders have been absorbed by tract companies, the gap is personalization. That is the gap we work in.

Projects he has managed range from about $300,000 to $8 million. The point of the range is judgment, not a trophy. A Lakeland bath and a Destin gulf-front house fail in different ways. Both fail if nobody is paying attention.
