Where we work
Areas we serve.
Based in Groveland. We serve the communities below and the smaller towns around them. If you are inside these six counties, call. If you are just outside, say so — sometimes the drive still makes sense, and sometimes it does not.

Lake County
Clermont · Groveland · Minneola · Leesburg · Eustis · Tavares · Mt. Dora
Lakes, hills, and a lot of older block houses that need honest remodels — this is home base.
Orange County
Orlando · Winter Garden · Winter Park · Ocoee · Apopka
Infill lots, additions on tight sites, and remodels where the neighbors are close and the schedule has to be quiet.
Seminole County
Sanford · Altamonte Springs · Oviedo · Lake Mary · Casselberry
Established neighborhoods where matching the existing house matters more than a new elevation.
Osceola County
Kissimmee · St. Cloud · Celebration
Growing fast. We take custom work and remodels here, not production-lot packages.
Polk County
Lakeland · Winter Haven · Bartow · Haines City · Auburndale
A practical county for remodels, baths, and smaller ground-up houses with real budgets.
Sumter County
The Villages · Wildwood · Bushnell · Webster · Center Hill
Additions, lanais, and renovation work where access rules and HOA notes are part of the job, not a surprise.
