Garner Building Group

Commercial work, under a DBA

Same confidence and trust delivered by Garner Custom Homes. Garner Building Group is the DBA we use for commercial work — same company, same license, a clearer name for landlords and brokers.

What this includes

  • Tenant improvements and light commercial renovations
  • Low-rise work inside Florida CBC scope
  • Veteran-owned, without borrowed certifications
  • A scope written before the lease clock runs out
  1. 01

Send the unit, not just the dream

Address, drawings if you have them, the use, and the date you need to open.

  2. 02

    We read the landlord’s delivery

HVAC, restrooms, storefront, and fire protection decide the price as much as the furniture does.

  3. 03

    A proposal with exclusions

After-hours work, long-lead items, and landlord approvals are named, not implied.

  4. 04

    Build to the permit

Occupied buildings and public bids get the same habit: say what is true, when it is true.

Questions worth asking

Are you a different company from Garner Custom Homes?

No. Garner Building Group is a DBA of Garner Custom Homes LLC. One license, one responsible contractor.

Can you bid government work?

We pursue commercial and public work that fits the license and the crew we can actually field. We are veteran-owned. We will not claim a VOSB or SDVOSB certification on a form we have not been awarded.

Do you build ground-up commercial?

When it sits inside the CBC scope and the schedule is real. Restaurants, clinics, and anything with a heavy use change need an honest look at review time before anyone promises an opening day.
